BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF
THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS BY CHANGING THE ZONING
CLASSIFICATION FOR CERTAIN PROPERTY KNOWN AS THE
OVERLAND WEST REZONING
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS that the
Zoning District Map of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, adopted by the
zoning Ordinance of\the City of Fort Collins, is hereby amended by changing
the zoning classification from "R-L," Low Density Residential Zoning
District to "R-L-M,"\Low Density Multiple-Family Zoning District for the
following described property in the City known as the Overland West
Rezoning
Lots 10 through 26 inclusive, Overland West Subdivision,
Fort Collins, Colorado
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered pub-
lished this 17th day of April \A D 1979, and to be presented for final
passage on the lst day of May, A 1979
