BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF
THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS BY CHANGING THE ZONING
CLASSIFICATION FOR CERTAIN PROPERTY KNOWN AS THE
TOMASULO REZONING
BE Ij ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS that the
Zoning District Map of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, adopted by the
zoning Ordinance of the City of Fort Collins, is hereby amended by changing
the zoning classification from "R-L," Low Density Residential Zoning
District to "I�G'k" General Industrial Zoning District for the following
described property in the City known as the Tomasulo Rezoning
Commencing at as oint 45 112 feet north and 331 feet west of
the southeast corner of Section 1 , Township 7 North, Range
69 West of the 6th �\M and running thence north 392 feet,
more or less, to Dry reek, thence easterly along Dry Creek
to a point 82 112 fee�east of the first course, thence
south to a point 45 1/2 e\et north and 248 112 feet west of
the southeast corner of sa Section 1 , thence West 82 112
feet to the place of beginning, except that portion conveyed
to Bernie Padia by Warranty D� d recorded in Book 1259 at
Page 220
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered pub-
