BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF
THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS BY CHANGING THE ZONING
CLASSIFICATION FOR CERTAIN PROPERTY KNOWN AS THE
ALPINE STREET REZONING
BE IT ORD NED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS that the
Zoning District \Rae
the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, adopted by the
zoning Ordinance City of Fort Collins, is hereby amended by changing
the zoning classation from "M-L," Low Density Mobile Home Zoning
District to "I-Geral Industrial Zoning District for the following
described propern the City known as the Alpine Street Rezoning.

Collins, Col , which considering the East line of the
said southea4 as bea nq due South and with all bear-
ings containrein relat ve thereto is contained within
the boundarys which begs at a point on the South line
of Fourth Sthich bears S 9*57' North 1541 40 feet and
again South 5 feet from t East 1/4 corner of said
Section 2, said point of beginning eing 691 40 feet West of
the northeast corner of Block 13, Riverside Park as per'
deeds recorded in Book 353, Page 544 and in Book 1105, Page
460 of the Larimer County Clerk and Re�order's Office, and
run thence South 1120 43 feet along a line 11 40 feet West
of and parallel to the West line of g ocks 16 and 17,
Riverside Park to a point on the approximate centerline of
the Cache la Poudre River, thence along the s\id centerline,
S 89"30' W 302 53 feet and again S 85'20' W 25Q$ 70 feet and

Clerk and Recorder's Office, thence along said Easter line

again N 27045' W 267 53 feet and again N 10*14' W 81 93 feet
to a point on the South line of Fourth Street, thence East
1010 48 feet along the South line of Fourth Street to th
point of beginning, containing 24 2190 acres more or leses.
