BEING AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION
OF A UTILITY EASEMENT ON LOT 30, NORTH SHORE P U D ,
CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COUNTY OF LARIMER,
STATE OF COLORADO
WHEREAS, the City Council has been petitioned to vacate a portion of a
utility easement on Lot 30, North Shore P U D , in the City of Fort
Collins, Colorado, as more particularly described below, and
WHEREAS, said utility easement is not needed by the City of Fort _
Collins, and
WHEREAS, it appears that the rights of the residents of the City of
Fort Collins will in no way be prejudiced or injured by the vacation of
said utility easement
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the following described utility easement, to-wit
"'A part of the utility easement situate in Lot 30, North
Shore P U D , Fort Collins, Colorado, which begins at a
point which bears S 72*29120" E 20 00 feet and again N
62030140" E 21 21 feet and again N 72°29'20" W 5 00
feet from the southwest corner of said Lot 30 and run
thence N 72°29'20" W 1 00 feet, thence N 17°30'40" E
60 00 feet, thence along the arc of a 21 00 foot radius
curve to the right a distance of 6 51 feet, the long
chord of which bears N 26*23115" E 6 48 feet, thence S
17030 '40" W 66 40 feet to the point of beginning
be, and the same hereby is, abated, vacated and abolished
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading and ordered pub-
lished this lst day of May, A D 1979, and to be presented for final
passage on the 15th day of May, A D 1979
