BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 38-2
OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
AND INCREASING THE DOCKET FEES FOR THE FILING
OF AN APPEAL WITH THE BUILDING BOARD OF APPEALS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS that Section
38-2 A (2)(e) of the Code of the City of Fort Collins be, and it hereby is,
amended to read as follows -
"Persons desiring to appeal a decision of the Chief
Building Inspector to the Building Board of Appeals
shall , at the time of making such appeal , pay to the
Director of Finance a docket fee in the amount of
TWENTY-FIVE DOLLARS ($25 00) if the appeal is to be
heard at a regular meeting of the Building Board of
Appeals and THIRTY-FIVE DOLLARS ($35 00) if the
appeal is to be heard at a special meeting of the
Building Board of Appeals Written notice of hear-
ings shall be given to all parties concerned at least
three (3) days prior to the hearing or by mailing the
same to such parties' last known address by regular
mail The Board shall, from time to time, adopt such
additional rules and regulations as it deems neces-
sary and advisable for the conduct of its hearings
and for carrying out the provisions hereof "
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading and ordered pub-
lished this 1st day of May, A D 1979, and to be presented for final
passage on the 15th day of May, A D 1979
