BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION
118-61 OF THE CODE BY THE INCLUSION
OF CHURCHES AS AN AUTHORIZED USE IN
THE B-L, LIMITED BUSINESS DISTRICT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS that Section
118-61 (a) of the Code of the City of Fort Collins be, and it hereby is,
amended by the addition thereto at the end thereof, of a subsection 14 to
read as follows
"(14) Churches, provided that such uses follow the lot
area, front yard, rear yard, side yard and off-
street parking minimum requirements set forth
in Section 118-44
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered
published this 15th day of May, A D 1979, and to be presented for final
passage on the 5th day of June, A D 1979
