BEING AN ORDINANCE VACATING A UTILITY s,ASEME\-
DEDICATED ON 'E PLAT OF GOLDEN MEADOWS BUSINESS PARK
WHEREAS, the City has received a Petition requesting
the vacation of a utility easement in the Golden Meadows
Business Park, which easement is described as follows
A 20 foot utility easement across the
South 10 feet of Lots 6 and 7 and the
North 10 feet of Lot 8, GOLDEN MEADOWS
BUSINESS PARK, a Subdivision in the
City of Fort Collins, Colorado,
according to the recorder Plat thereof, and
WHEREAS, no utilities are located within such easement,
except a telephone line, which the owners of the property
have contracted to remove and relocate at their exp--se,
and it will not be necessary or desirable to instal' any
util,, ies in said easement in the future, nor will sn_d
easement be needed for any other City purpose,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITI OF FOPT COLLINS that the following-described utility
ease7,�nt, to-wit
A 20 foot utility easemer : across the
South 10 feet of Lots 6 a d 7 and the
North 10 feet of Lot 8, GOLDEN MEADOWS
BUSINESS PARK, a Subdivisior in the
City of Fort Collins, Colorado,
according to the recorded Plat thereof,
and the same hereby is, vacatec , abated and abolished
