ORDINANCE NO 74 , 1979
BEING AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ARTICLE V ,
OF CHAPTER 2
OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS,
INSOFAR AS IT RELATES TO A REGIONAL AIRPORT BOARD
WHEREAS, for a number of years, the Cities of Fort Collins and Love-
land have operated a regional airport facility, and
WHEREAS, in the past, this facility has been controlled through the
Fort Collins-Loveland Regional Airport Board, and r 44
WHEREAS, the increasing complexity of airport operations mandates that
more immediate day-to-day control be exercised over airport activities,
and
WHEREAS, it does appear to the City Council of the City of Fort
Collins that the Fort Collins-Loveland Regional Airport Board, having fully
served its purpose, should be dissolved
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF TPE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that Article V of Chapter 2 of- the Code of the City of Fort Collins,
Colorado, be, and it hereby is, repealed
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered pub-
lished this 3rd day of July, A D 1979, and to be presented for final
passaqe on the 17th day of July A D 1979
