BEiiIG AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING
OPDINANCE OF THE CITY OF FOPT COLLINS,
BY CHARGING THE 70NING CLASSIFICATION FOR
CERTAIN PROPERTY KNO14N AS THE
RAINTREE REZONING
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS that the
Zoning District flap of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, adopted by the ;
zoninq ordinance of the City of Fort Collins,, is hereby amended by changing '" F
the zoning classification from "R-M," Medium Medium Density Residential , ,
'R-L," Low Density Residential , "R-H, " High Density Residential , and "R-P,"
Planned Residential Zoninq Districts, to "B-P , " Planned Business and
-� "R-tt-P," Medium Density Planned Residential Zoning Districts, for the
foilowing described property in the City known as the Raintree °ezoning

N tract Hof land situate in the Southeast 1/4 of Section `
22, Township 7 North, Range 69 West of the Sixth P M ,
Fort Collins, Colorado, which considering the South line of
the said Southeast 1/4 as bearing due East and with all
bearings contained ` herein relative thereto is contained
within- the boundary lines whicn begin at a point on tn2
hest line of South Shields Street which bears West 50 00

corner of, said Section 22 and run thence West 747 56 feet,

on the West line of South Shields Street which bears West
