BE IT ORDAIiNED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FOPT COLLINS that the
Zoning District Map of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, adopted by the
zonina ordinance of the City of Fort Collins, is hereby amended by changing
the zoning classification from "T, " Transition Zoning District, to "R-L-P,"
Lo,r Density Planned Residential Zoning District, for the following des-
