BE IT ORDAINED FY THE "COUNCIL OF ThE CITY OF FORT COLLINS that the
Zoninij District Map of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, adopted by the
zoning ordinance of the City of Fort Collins, is hereby amended by changing
the zoning classification from "R-L , " Low Density Residential Zoning
District, to "P,-H," High Density Residential Zoning District, for the
rollogi ng described property in the City known as the Prospect Lemay Office _
