BEING AN ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
VACATING A UTILITY EASEMENT IN THE
INDIAN HILLS SUBDIVISION, EIGHTH FILING
L
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
That that certain utility easement shown on the plat of Indian Hills
Subdivision, Eightn Filing, the center line of which is the common line
between Lots 183 and 184 of said subdivision be,and the same hereby is,
vacated, abated, and abolished, provided, however, that nothinq herein
shall affect the easement adjoining the west line of said Lots 183 and 184
and extendinq six feet (6' ) east of such west line
The easement herein vacated is not needed for any municipal purpose,
a substitute easement having been provided tnerefor
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading and ordered published
this 17th day of July, A D 1979, and to be presented for final passage on
the 7th day of August, A D 1979
