ORDINANCE NO 84 , 1979
BEING AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF THE
ALLEY IN BLOCK 19 IN THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
WHEREAS, the owner of Lots 18, 19, 20 and 21, Block 19
in the City of Fort Collins has petitioned the City Council
to vacate a portion of the alley ad3oining said lots because
the building on said lots encroaches on such portion of the
alley, and - a- -
WHEREAS, the building on said lots has been in place
for many years and it is apparent that the portion of the
alley occupied by such building improvements is not needed
for any municipal purpose and the vacation of that portion
of the alley will not in any way hinder use of the alley for
the purpose of public travel or for any other municipal
purpose
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF FORT COLLINS, that the following described portions
of the alley in Block 19, in the City of Fort Collins,
to-wit
Parcel 1 A portion of a 15 foot alley lying South of
Lots 18 and 19, Block 19, Map of Blocks 11, 14, 18 and
19 , Fort Collins, Colorado, situate in the Soutnwest
1/4 of Section 12, Township 7 North, Range 69 West of
the Sixth P M , City of Fort Collins, County of Larimer,
State of Colorado, being riore particularly described as
follows Considering the Northwest line of said Block
19 as bearing N 41117100" E and with all bearings
contained herein relative thereto Beginning at a
point which bears S 41°17 ' 00" W 85 00 feet and again S
60046129" E 49 59 feet from the Northerly most corner
of Lot 21, of said Block 19 , and run thence along the
Southwesterly wall of a two story stone building S
58025112" E 22 43 feet, thence N 41°17 ' 00" E 2 23 feet,
thence S 60°52 ' 16" W 1 55 feet, thence N 60'46 ' 29" W
22.07 feet to the point of beginning, containing 10 0879
square feet, more or less,
Parcel 2 A portion of a 15 foot alley lying South of
Lot 21, Block 19, Map of Blocks 11, 14, 18 and 19, Fort
Collins, Colorado, situate in the Southwest 1/4 of
Section 12, Township 7 North, Range 69 West of the 6th
P M , City of Fort Collins, County of Larimer, State of

Colorado, being more particularly described as follows
Considering the Northwest line of said Block 19 as
bearing N 41117100" E and with all bearings contained
herein relative thereto Beginning at a point which
bears S 48043100" E 95 00 feet and again S 60°52116" W
21 77 feet from the Northerly most corner of Lot 21, of
said Block 19, and run thence along the Southeasterly v -r
wall of a two story stone building S 41°47 ' 00" W 2.79
feet, thence N 48043100" W 0 99 feet, thence N 60052116"
E 2 96 feet to the point of beginning, containing
1 3803 square feet, more or less,
be, and the same hereby is, vacated, abated and abolished
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading and
ordered published this 17th day of Jules 1979 , and to
be presented for final passage on the 7th day of August ,
1979
