BEING AN ORDINANCE VACATING A RIGHT OF WAY
DEDICATED ON TFE PLAT OF VILLAGE WEST EIGHTH
FILING , A SUBDIVISION IN THE CITt OF FORT COLLINS
v7HEREAS , the plat of Village West Eignth Filing dedicated
a right of way betweer Lots 17 and 18 , connecting Freedom Lane
to Tract A, and
WHEREAS , such right of way is not needed for any municipal
purpose and the o�mers of the ad3otnirg property and the owners
of the property served bl said light of way have petitioned the
City Council for L,ie vacation of said right of way
NOW, THEREFOP,E , BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COLNC.IL OF THE CITY
OF FO'tT COLLINS that the right of Taay between Lots 17 and 18 ,
Village West Eighth Filing , be , and the same hereby is, vacated ,
abated and abolished
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading , and
ordered published this 2nd day of October , A D 1979 , and to
bp presented foi final passage on the 16th day of October ,
