ORDINANCE NO 101 , 1979
OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
AMENDING CHAPTER 114 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF
FORT COLLINS RELATING TO THE USE OF CENTER
PARKING AREAS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
Section 1 That Section 114-55 1 of the Code of the City of
Fort Collins be, and the same hereby is, amended by the deletion
therefrom of the following phrase " (between Olive Street and Maple
Street) " and the substitution therefor of the following phrase
" (between Magnolia Street and Maple Street) "
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered
published this21st day of August , A D 1979 , and to be
presented for final passage on the 4th day of September A D
