BEING AN ORDINANCE VACATING A
PORTION OF A UTILITY EASEthENT IN THE
LAKE SHERWOOD SUBDIVISION, THIRD FILING
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
That a portion of a certain utility easement located in the Lake
Sherwood, Third Filing, more fully described as follows
A part of a 6 0 foot wide utility easement in Tract
"A" , Lake Sherwood Subdivision, Third Filing, Fort
Collins, Colorado, a plat of record in Larimer County,
Colorado, which begins at a point on the Northerly line
of Lot 76, Lake Sherwood Subdivision, Third Filing,
which bears N 75000' E 32 OG feet from the P'orthwest
corner of said Lot 76 and run thence N 15*00' 6 2 00
feet, thence N 75'00' E 6 00 feet, thence S 15*00' E
2 00 feet, thence S 75000' 6 6 00 feet to the point of
beginning
be, and the same hereby is, vacated, abated, and dbolished, it being no
lonaer needed for any municipal purpose
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered pub-
lished this 18th day of September, 1979, and to be presented for final
passage on the 2nd day of October, 1979
