BEING AN ORDINANCE VACATING A
PORTION OF A UTILITY EASEVENT IN THE
LAKE SHERWOOD SUBDIVISION, THIRD FILING
BE IT OPDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
That a portion of a certain utility easement located in the Lake
Sherwood, Thira Filing, more fully described as follows
A part of a 6 0 foot wide utility easement in Tract
"A" , Lake Sherwood Subdivision , Third Filing, Fort
Collins, Colorado, a plat of record in Larimer County,
Colorado, which begins at a point on the Southeasterly
line of Lot 69, Lake Sherwood Subdivision, Third
Filing, which bears S 43000' W 27 00 feet from the
Northeast corner of said Lot 69 and run thence S 47*00'
E 2 00 feet, thence S 43*00' W 4 00 feet, thence N
47*00' lJ 2 00 feet, thence N 43000' E 4 00 feet to the
point of beginning
be, and the same hereby is, vacated, abated, and abolished, _it being no
longer needed for any municipal purpose
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered pub-
lished this 18th day of September, 1979, and to be presented for final
passage on the 2nd day of October, 1979
