OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CERPAIN SECTIONS
OF CHAPTER 114 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF
FORT COLLINS BEING A PART OF THE VEHICLES
AND TRAFFIC ORDINANCE AND RELATING TO PARKING
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLTNS
Section 1 That Section 114-3 of the Code of the City of
Fort Collins be, and the same hereby is, amended by adding thereto
an additional definition (block face) to read as follows
"BLOCK FACE - A portion of a street or highway
between two intersections , including
all on-street parkinq within such
boundaries "
Section 2 That Section 114-63 of the Code of the City of
Fort Collins be, and the same hereby Ls, amended by adding thereto
an additional subsection (A) to read as fo lows
"A No person shall park or direct another person
to park a vehicle in a block face for a
period in excess of a time restriction
established for park 3 ncq ui i hc block face,
regardless of the movement of the vehicle
from various parking locations in the block
face "
