Section 1 That Section 3707 of tree Uniform Building Code, 1976
Edition be, and the same hereby is , arirent2ed by the addition of a new
subsection (o) to read as follows
"§3707 (o) Combustion Air In residentrdl occupancies, all solid
fuel burning fireplaces stall oe provided with an ap-
proved combustion air supply �,hicn is an integral ca-a-
ponent of the fireplace "
