BEING AN ORDINANCE VACATING
hl, EASEPENT IN SOUTW OOR VILLAGE, FIFTh FILING
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
That that certain underground v,ater main ana gas main easement located
in Southmoor Villaae, Fifth Filiro, more fully described as follows
That portion of an easeri,ent situate on Tracts 2 and 3
of the Replat of Tracts "A" , "B" , "L" , "N" and "N" of
Southmoor Villaqe, Fifth Filing, Fort Collins, Colo-
rado, the boundary lines of �,hich portion are more
particularly descriDed as beginning at a point which
bears S 71 °11 '32" W 632 10 feet from the Nortneast
corner of Tract 5 of said Replat and run thence N 44°
45'30" E 249 02 feet, thence N 00° 14' 30" 4' 193 92
feet, thence N 45° 14' 30" W 42 43 feet, thence S
00014' 30" E 211 50 feet, thence S a4°45'30" W 236 59
feet, thence S 45014'30" L 30 00 feet to the point of
beginning
be, ano the same hereby is, vacated, abated, and abolishea
The easement herein vacated is riot needed for any municipal purpose,
a substitute easement navirg been provided therefor
introduced, considered favorably on first r( eding , and ordered pub-
lished this Lnd cay of October, 1979 , ano to be presented for final
passaqe nn the 16th day of October, 1979^
