AMENDING SELTION 118-82 OF THE CITY CODL INSOFAP AS IT
PELATES TO SUPPLEI,ENTARY BUILDIiNG HEIGHT REGULATIONS
BE IT ORDATgED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
That Section 116-82 C ,of the Code be, and it hereby is, amended so as
to read
Paraqraph C - Supplementary Building Height Regulations
(1) No building shall ercecG a maximum height of forty
feet (40' ) above grade This limitation maj be
varied according to review criteria for buildings
located in a Unit Developrent Plan as defined,
processed and approved accordirn to Section 188-83
of this Chapter
(2) All dwellincs shall be constructed with at least
see enty-five percent (75`o) of the roof surface
higner than seven feet (7 ' ) from grade
(3) It shall be unlawful to construct, build , or
establish any builoinq , trees , smoke stack ,
chimney, flag pole, ,ire, tower, or other struc-
tui e or appurtenance tnereto %mich may con�ti tute
a hazard or obstruction to the safe navigation,
landing and take-off of aircraft at a publicly
used airport
Introduced, considered favorably on first reddina, and ordered pub-
lisned this 2nd day of October 1979, and to be presented for final
passage on the 16th day of October 1979
