OF A UTILITY EASLMENT IN ThE SCOTCH
PINES P U D , 7TH FILING
WHEREAS, the City of Fort Collins has been requested to vacate a
portion of a certain utility easement located in the Scotch Pines P U D ,
7th Filing
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF ThE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that a portion of a certain utility easement located in the Scotcn
Pines P U D , 7th Filino, more fully described as follows
H 12 foot wide utility easerent situate in Lot 1 of
Scotch Pines P U D , Severtn Filing, wnich begins at a
point which bears S 71 '51 ' W 288 OO feet from the
Northeast corner of Section 25, Townsnip 7 11,ortn, Range
69 Uest of the Si/,tn P V , and run thence S 32*16' W 54
feet, thence S 11 10 ' E 34 feet , thence N 7£°50 ' E
12 feet, thence N 11 10' W 29 22 feet, thence N 32016'
E 51 25 feet, thence N 67°?l ' 04" 14 12 17 feet to the
point of begirninq,
be, ano the same hereby is, vacated, abated, and abolished, said easerent
not beino needed for municipal purposes
Introduced, consiaeree favorably on first reading, and oraered pub-
lished this 16th day of October 1979, ano to be resented for final
