OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
AUTHORIZING THE CITY TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT
WITH CLIFTON GUNDERSON & CO FOR INDEPENDENT
ANNUAL AUDITS OtiER A THREE-YEAR PERIOD
WHEREAS, heretofore the City did solicit proposals for independent
annual audits for the years 1979, 1980 and 1981, and
WHEREAS, in the considered opinion of the Council of the City of
Fort Collins, Clifton Gunderson & Co 's proposal best meets the needs and
requirements of the City
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS AS FOLLOWS
Section 1 That Clifton Gunderson & Co be, and it hereby is,
appointed to perform the independent annual audit of the books and accounts
of the City for the years 1979, 1980 and 1981
Section 2 That for the performance of the 1979 audit, Clifton
Gunderson & Co should be paid the sum not to exceed Thirty-Nine Thousand
Two Hundred Fifty Dollars ($39,250 00) Fees for the 1980 and 1981 audits
shall be subject to negotiations and ratification by the City Council
according to the following schedule
1980 audit no later than July 1, 1980
1981 audit no later than July 1, 1981
Section 3 That the City Manager be, and he hereby is, authorized
and directed to enter into any agreement with Clifton Gunderson & Co for
the performance of the 19799 1980 and 1981 audits
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered pub-
lished this 16th day of October, 1979, and to be presented for final
passage on the 6th day of November, 1979
