Sectioi 1 That Section 82-3 of tie Code of the City of Fort Collins
be, ana the same hereby is, anended to read as follows
"Hereafter , no original peruanent connection for
utility service shall De permitted ty the City for any
dwelling unit outside or inside the limits of the City
of Fort Collins until a fee of Four Hundred Fifty
Dollars ($450 00) per dwelling unit connected is paid
to the Director of Finance of the City of Fort Collins
All such payments shall be deposited by the Director of
Finance in the fund created by this Criapter Only one
fee of Four Hunared Fifty Dollars ($450 00) shall be
charged nor dny d�,elling unit, and no additional fee
for acquisition and development of parklands snall be
charged for additional Utility connections to the same
dwelling unit In the event that any structure already
connected to a City utility is remodeled so that the
number of dwelling units within such structure is
increased , an additional fee of Four Hundred Fifty
Dollars ($a450 00) for each additional unit added in the
structure snal , be payable by the properLy owner and
collected before the building permit for such rerrodel-
ing is issued "
Section 2 The increase in parklano fees set forth above shall
become effective on January 1 , 1900
