BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 118-83
OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
AND CHANGING THE CRITERIA FOR MINOR AMENDMLNTS
TO FINAL UNIT DEVELOPMENT PLANS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS that Section
118-83 (G) of the Code of the City of Fort Collins be, and it hereby is,
amended by the deletion therefrom of subsection (1 ) (b) , and the renumber-
ing of the remaining subsections so as to make their numbering and letter-
ing consecutive
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered pub-
lished this Sth day of November A D 1979, and to be pre-
sented for final passage on the day of December A D
