ORDINANCE NO 164 1979
OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
ESTABLISHING SEDER USE CHARGES FOR THE YEAR 1980
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF ThE CITY OF FORT COLLINS AS FOLLOWS
Section 1 That Section 112-82 K of the Code of the City of Fort
Collins be, and it hereby is, amended so as to read
"K The rate for each category shall be
Cateqory Class of Customer Rate
A Single-family residential user
(either flat rate or metered
water use) $5 40 per month
B Duplex (two-family) residential
user (either flat rate or
metered water use) $8 80 per month
C Multiple-family residential
user (more than 2 living units) $0 473 per 1 ,000 gallons
of winter quarter water use,
with a minimum charge of
$2 00 per month per living
unit served
D Minor nonresidential $0 473 per 1 ,000 gallons
of water use, with a minimum
charge as follows

A minimum charge would also
be made, if applicable, as

Section 2 That the sewer use charges set forth herein will take
