OF THE LOUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
BEING AN ORDINANCE VACATILG A PORTION OF AN
ALLEY IN BLOCK 112 OF THE CITr OF FORT COLLINS, COLORADO
WHEREAS, the City Council has been petitioned to vacate a portion of
an alley in Block 112 of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, more particu-
larly described below, and
WHEREAS, the portion of said alley is not presently needed as an alley
or roadway, and
WHEREAS, it appears that the rights of the residents of the City of
Fort Collins will in no way be prejudiced or injured by the vacation of
said portion of alley, provided that there is reserved an easement for
utilities as are now constructed at said portion of alley
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the following section of the described portion of alley, more
particularly described as follows, to-wit
The easterly 0 3 feet of the alley located in Block
112, adjacent to the northerly 15 0 feet of Lot 14, and
adjacent to Lots 15 and 16 , City of Fort Collins ,
Colorado,
be, and the same hereby is, abolished, vacated and abated, except that
there is reserved unto the City of Fort Collins an easement for utilities
as now constructed in said portion of alley
Introduced, considered favorably on first readinq, and ordered pub-
lisned this 4th day of December , A D 1979, and to be presented for
final passage on the 18th day of December A 1) --1797
