BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDI11G ARTICLE VIII
OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS AND
FIXING THE SALARY OF THE CITY MANAGER
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
Section 1 That Section 2-22 of the Code of the City of Fort Collins
relating to the salary of the City Manager be, and the same hereby is,
amended by deleting therefrom the words and figures "Forty Thousand Six
Hundred Sixty Dollars (540,660 00) per annum" , and by substituting therefor
the vo ds and figures "Forty-Three Thousand Five Hundred Dollars
( a43 , 500 00 ) per annum"
Section 2 That in order to be consistent with the adoption of the
netiv, city-wide pay plan, the salaries set forth in this Ordinance shall be
deemed to become effective January 7 , 1980
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered pub-
lished this 18th day of December A D 19/9, and to be presented for
final passage on the 8th day of January A D 1980
