BEING Ad ORDINANCE WENDING ARTICLE VIII
OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS AND
FIXING THE SALARY OF THE CITY ATTOPNEY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
Section 1 That Section 2-23 of the Code of the City of Fort Collins
relating to tre salary of the City Attorney be, and the same hereby is,
amended by deleting tnarefrom the words and figures "Panty-Six Thousanc
Seven Hundred and Fifty Dollars Q26,750 00) per annum", and by substitut-
inq tnerefor the words and figures "Twenty-Nine Thousand Five
Hundred Dolla-s ( a29 , 500 00 ) per annum"
Section 2 That in order to be consistent with the adoptio" of t e
new, city- nde oay plan, the salaries set forth in this Ordinance VIM be
deemed to become effective Janua ry 7 , 1980
Introduced, considered tavorably on first reading, and ordered puk-
lished this 18th day of December , A D 109, and to be presented for
final passage on the 8th day of January,, D 1980
