BEINU AN OPDINANCE AtEIDING THE ZONING
ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS,
BY CHARGING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION FOR
CERTAIN PROPERTY KNOWN AS THE
1812 NOPTH COLLEGE REZONING
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS that the
Zoning District Map of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, adopted by the
zoning ordinance of the City of Fort Collins, is hereby amended by changing
the zoning classification from "H-B," Highway Business Zoning District to
"I-L% Limited Industrial Zoning District for the following described
property in the City known as the 1812 North College kezoning
I-L, Limited Industrial Zonin; District
A trace of land situate in the Southwest 1/4 of the
Southwest 1/4 of Section 36, Township 8 North, Range 69
West of the 6th P M , County of Larimer, State of
Colorado, being more particularly described as follows
