ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS,
BY CHANGING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION FOR
CERTAIN PROPERTY KNOWN AS THE
ANDERSON PLACE PEZONING
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS that the
Zoninq District Map of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, adopted by the
zoning ordinance\of the City of Fort Collins, is hereby amended by changing
the zoning classification from "R-L , " Lo+i Density Residential Zoning
District, to "R-iM.'� Medium Density Residential Zoning District, for the
following described property in the City known as the Anderson Place
Rezoning
Anderson Place, a subdivision of the northwest quarter
of the northwest quarter of Section 7, Township 7 Nortn,
Range 68 wPst of the 6tii\P M , except n 112 lot 12, block
12, said subdivision being recorded on a plat recorded
in Book Two Pace 18, December 29, 1903, and rerecorded
on May 18, 1939, in File 34A Book 697, page 297, on file in
the Larimer County Clerk and Recorder's office
