OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE
OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS BY CHANGING THE ZONING
CLASSIFICATION FOR CERTAIN PROPERTY KNOWN AS THE
LOOP-MILLER ENTERPRISES REZONING
BE IT ORDAINED\BYTHE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
Section 1 Ththe Zoning District Map adopted by Chapter 118 of the
Code of the City of Fort Collins be, and the same hereby is amended by
changing the zoning cllassification from "B-L" , Limited Business Zoning
District, to "B-P", Planned Business Zoning District, for the following
described property in the\City known as the Loop-Miller Enterprises Rezon-
ing \
Lot 2, Lemay Subdivision, 2nd Filing in the City of
Fort Collins, Colorado
Section 2 The City Engineer is hereby authorized and directed to
amend said Zoning District Map in 'accordance with this ordinance
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, anu ordered pub-
lished this 21st day of October , A D 1980, and to be presented for final
