HomeMy WebLinkAbout164 - 12/16/1980 - ZONING THE HALCYON ANNEXATION ORDINANCE NO 164 , 1980 OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY 6F FORT COLLINS BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 118 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE AND CLASSIFYING FOR ZONING PURPOSES THE PROPERTY INCLUDED IN THE HALCYON ANNEXATION TO THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COLORADO BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS Section 1 That the Zoning District Map adopted by Chapter 118 of the Code of the City of Fort Collins be, and the same hereby is, changed and amended by including the property known as the Halcyon Annexation to the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, in the following Zoning Districts R-L-P, Low Density Planned Residential District A tract of land located in a part of Section 13, Township 6 North, Range 69 West of the 6th P M , Larimer County, Colorado, being more particularly described as follows Considering the West line of the Northwest 1/4 of said Section 13 as bearing N 00°03' 30" W and with all bearings contained herein relative thereto Commencing at the W 1/4 corner of said Section 13, S 89048147" E, 50 00 feet to a point on the East right- of-way of U S Route 287 said point being the true point of beginning Thence S 89*48147" E, 152 37 feet to a point on the approximate high water line of Robert Benson Lake ( also known as Fairport Reservoir) , as determined by photogrametric methods, thence around the North end of said lake along the following courses Line "A" -
