OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
BEING AN ORDINANCE VACATING THE STREETS AND
EASEMENTS WITHIN COLLINDALE - THIRD FILING
WHEREAS, the plat of Collindale - Third Filing, a Subdivision in the
City of Fort Collins was duly accepted by the City Council and recorded
with the Larimer County Clerk and Recorder on May 30, 1980, in Book 2046 at
Page 324, and
WHEREAS, said Subdivision as shown by said plat was not correctly
located and an amended plat for said Subdivision shall be submitted to the
Planning and Zoning Board for their approval, and
WHEREAS, the streets and easements as shown on the plat of Collindale
- Third Filing which was recorded in Book 2046 at Page 324 are not correct-
ly located
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the plat of Collindale - Third Filing as recorded in Book 2046
at Page 324 of the Larimer County Records and all streets and ea—r-ents
dedicated thereon are hereby vacated, abated and abolished
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered pub-
lished this 18th day of November , A D 1980, and to be presented for
