OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CM OF FORT COLLINS
BEING AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING PRIOR YEAR RESERVES
AND UNANTICIPATED REVENUES IN VARIOUS CITY FUNDS
WHEREAS, Article V, Section 8, of the Charter of the City of Fort
Collins permits the Council to appropriate reserves accumulated in prior
years at any time during the year, and
WHEREAS, Article V, Section 15 of the Charter of the City of tort
Collins permits the Council to appropriate unanticipated revenues received
at any time during the year, and
WHEREAS, the city has prior year reserves and unanticipated revenues
available to appropriate, and
WHEREAS, the City wishes to provide for the expenditures listed
below
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS,
Section 1 That there is hereby appropriated for expenditure in 1980
from various funds in the City the following
