OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
BFING AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING UNANTICIPATED
REVENUES IN THE FAMILY DISTURBAIJCE GRANT FUND
WHEREAS, Article V, Section 15, of the Charter of the City of Fort
Collins permits the Council to appropriate revenues at any time during the
year in which such revenues are received, and
WHEREAS, the City has received unanticipated revenues from the Law
Enforcement Assistance Administration of the Colorado State Division of
Criminal Justice totalling Twelve Thousand Eight Hundred Sixty-T4o Dollars
($12,862) , and
WHEREAS, this money has been allocated for the purpose of training all
patrol officers in crisis intervention techniques and resource identifica-
tion and referral in Fort Collins
NOW, THEREFORE, BE Ir ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that there is hereby appropriated for expenditure in 1980 from
unanticipated revenues in the Family Disturbance Grant Fund the total sum
of Twelve Thousand Eight Hundred Sixty-Tvo Dollars ($12,862)
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered pub-
lished this 16th day of December _, A D 1980, and to be presented for
final passage on the 6th day of January. A D 1981
