OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITFOF FORT COLLINS
BEING AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING UNANTICIPATED
REVENUES IN THE CAPITAL PROJECTS FUND
WHEREAS, Article V, Section 15, of the Charter of the City of Fort
Collins pernits the Council to appropriate revenues at any time during the
year in which such revenues are received, and
WHEREAS, the City has received unanticipated revenues from Colorado
State University totalling Nineteen Thousand Nine Hundred Eighty-Four
Dollars ($19,984) , and
WHEREAS, this money has been allocated for the purpose of constructing
the Drake Road Bikepath
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that there is hereby appropriated for expenditure in 1980 from
unanticipated revenues in the Capital Projects Fund the total sum of
Nineteen Thousand Nine Hundred Eignty-Four Dollars ($19,984)
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered pub-
lished this 16th day of December , A D 1980, and to be presented for
