OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
BEING AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING UNANTICIPATED
REVENUES IN THE LARIMER COUNTY LIBRARY SERVICES FUND
WHEREAS, Article V, Section 15, of the Charter of the City of Fort
Collins permits the Council to approptiate revenues at any time during the
year in which such revenues are received, and
WHEREAS, the City has received unanticipated revenues from Larimer
County totalling Two Thousand Dollars ($2,000) , and
WHEREAS, this money has been allocated for the purpose of operating a
Library Institutional Outreach Program in Fort Collins and Larimer County
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that there is hereby appropriated for expenditure in 1980 from
unanticipated revenues in the Larimer County Library Services Fund the
total sum of Two Thousand Dollars (S2,000)
