OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITt OF FORT COLLINS
BEING AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING UNANTICIPATED
REVENUES IN THE LARIi1ER COUNTY LIBRARY SERVICES FUND
WHEREAS, Article V, Section 15, of the Charter of the City of Fort
Collins pernits the Council to appropriate revenues at any time during the
year in which sucn revenues are receivea, and
WHEREAS, the City has received unanticipated revenues from Larimer
County totalling Sixty-One Thousand Seven Hundred Dollars ($61,700 00)
and
41HEPEAS, this money has been allocated for the purpose of providing
library services to correctional inmates of Larimer County and for opera-
tion of the Bookmobile in Larimer County
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CiTY OF FORT
COLLINS that there is hereby appropriated for expenditure in 1981 from
unanticipated revenues in the Lay imer County Library Services Fund the
total sum of Sixty-One Thousand Seven Hundred Dollars ($61,700 00)
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered pub-
