THE HUNTINGTON hElhS ANNEXATION TO THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COLORADO WHEREAS, heretofore, a written petition, together with four prints of an annexation snap was filed �,ith the City Clerk of Fort Collins requesting the annexation of certain territory r,ore particuldrly describea below to the City, and WHEREAS, the City Council has found and determineo and does hereby fino and determine that said petition is in substantial compliance with the provisions of Section 31-12-107 of the Colorado Revised Statutes, 1973, as amended, and WHEREAS, the owners of 10Oi of the property to be annexed have peti- tioned for said annexation, and MEREAS, not less than one-sixth (1/6th) of the perimeter of the area to be annexed is contiguous %1ltn the City of Fort Collins and a community of interest exists beta,een the teiritory to be annexed and the City of Fort Collins, and the territory to be annexed is urban or will be urbanized in the near future, and such territory is integrated or is capable of being integrated with the City of Fort Collins, and 11HEREAS, none of the pr ovisiors of Section 31-12-105 of the Colorado Revised Statutes, 1973, as aiienaed, are violated by the
