OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CIT1 OF FORT COLLINS
VACATING A UTILITY EASEMENT IN MANNING'S FIRST
SUBDIVISION
WHEREAS, the City Council has been petitioned to vacate an existing
utility easement in Manning' s First Subdivision, more particularly de-
scribed below, and
WHEREAS, the said utility easement is not presently needed, and
WHEREAS, it appears that the rights of the residents of the City of
Fort Collins will in no way be prejudiced or injured by the vacation of
said utility easement
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the following utility easement, more particularly described as
follows, to-wit
A utility easement over the west 6 00 feet of Lot 2 and
the east 6 00 feet of Lot 3, Manning's First Subdivi-
sion, Fort Collins, Colorado,
be, and the same hereby is, abolished, vacated and abated
