ORDINANCE NO 45 , 1982,
OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
AMENDING SECTION 118-11 OF THE CODE OF THE
CITY OF FORT COLLINS INSOFAR AS IT RELATES
TO DEFINITIONS
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS
Section 1 That the definition of a major employment center in
Section 118-11 (Definitions) of the Code of the City of Fort Collins be,
and the same hereby is, amended to read as follows
MAJOR EMPLOYMENT CENTER - An area which is the location of one or
more non-residential uses which employ or will employ a combined
total of more than ONE-HUNDRED (100) full-time employees during a
single 8-hour shift
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered pub-
lised this 6th day of April 1982, and to be presented for final
passage on the 20th day of April 1982
