ORDINANCE NO 47 , 1982
OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
BEING AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING MONIES IN THE
GENERAL FUND TO BE TRANSFERRED TO THE CAPITAL PROJECTS FUND
WHEREAS, Article V, Sections 8 and 15 of the Charter of the City of
Fort Collins provides that Council may appropriate reserves accumulated in
prior years at any time during the year, and may authorize the transfer of
any unexpended, appropriated amounts from one fund to another, and
WHEREAS, the City wishes to proceed with the following capital pro-
jects Lee Martinez Restrooms, Contingency for Pool , Off Street Parking
Downtown, and Transfort Expansion, and
WHEREAS, there are prior year reserves available in the General Fund
to transfer to the Capital Projects Fund for this purpose
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that there is hereby appropriated for expenditure in 1982
Section 1 The total sum of THREE HUNDRED SIXTY-NINE THOUSAND EIGHT
HUNDRED DOLLARS ($369,800) in the General Fund for transfer to the Capital
Projects Fund
Section 2 The total sum of THREE HUNDRED SIXTY-NINE THOUSAND EIGHT
HUNDRED DOLLARS ($369,800) in the Capital Projects Fund as follows
Lee Martinez Restrooms $ 38,300
Off Street Parking Downtown 106 500
Contingency for Pool 100,000
City' s matching share for Transfort
Expansion Grant 125,000
TOTAL $369,800
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered pub-
lished this 20th day of April , A D 1982, and to be presented for
final passage on the 4th day of May A D 1982
