ORDINANCE NO 48 , 1982
OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
BEING AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING UNANTICIPATED
REVENUE IN THE I P A GRANT FUND
WHEREAS, Article V Section 15 , of the Charter of the City of Fort
Collins permits the Council to appropriate revenue at any time during the
year in which such revenue is received, and
WHEREAS, the City has unanticipated revenue from unexpended 1981 grant
funds and interest earnings on grant funds from the State of Colorado
Intergovernmental Personnel Act ( IPA) totalling $6,777, and
WHEREAS, the State of Colorado requires the return of the unexpended
monies and prior year grant fund interest earnings must be appropriated in
the grant fund in order to revert to the General Fund in a subsequent
year
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that there is hereby appropriated for expenditure in 1982 from
unanticipated revenue in the IPA Grant Fund the total sum of SIX THOUSAND
SEVEN HUNDRED SEVENTY-SEVEN DOLLARS ($6 ,777)
