OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
BEING AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING UNANTICIPATED
REVENUE IN THE GENERAL FUND
WHEREAS Article V, Section 15, of the Charter of the City of Fort
Collins permits the Council to appropriate revenue which is anticipated to
be received during the year, and
WHEREAS , the City will receive unanticipated revenue from First
Interstate Bank totalling $2,100 in 1982, and
WHEREAS, this money has been allocated to offset the cost of providing
the bank with computer equipment for City utility bill payments
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that there is hereby appropriated for expenditure in 1982 from
unanticipated revenue in the General Fund the total sum of TWO THOUSAND ONE
HUNDRED DOLLARS ($2,100)
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered pub-
lished this 20th day of April , A D 1982, and to be presented for
final passage on the 4th day of May A D 1982
