ORDINANCE NO 51 1982
OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING
ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS,
BY CHANGING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION FOR
CERTAIN PROPERTY KNOWN AS THE
FAIRBPOOKE REZONING
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
Section 1 That the Zoning District Map adopted by Chapter 118 of the
Code of the City of Fort Collins be, and the same hereby is amended by
changing the zoning classification from "T," Transitional District, to
"P-P ," Planned Residential District for the following described property
in the City known as the Fairbrooke Rezoning
A tract of land situate in Section 21 , Township 7
North Ranqe 69 West of the Sixth P M , Larimer County,
Colorado, which considering the North line of the
Northeast 1/4 of said Section as bearing North 88046'
34" West and with all bearings contained herein rela-
tive thereto is contained within the boundary lines
which begin at a point which bears N 88°46'34" hest
2642 70 feet and again S 00°04'39 1" East 30 01 feet
from the Northeast corner of said Section 21 thence N

Section 2 The City Engineer is hereby authorized and directed to
amend said Zoning District [lap in accordance with this ordinance
Section 3 That the zoning granted herein is expressly conditioned
upon and subject to the following condition that this parcel be developed
in accordance with the Land Development Guidance System
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered pub-
