HomeMy WebLinkAbout053 - 05/04/1982 - REZONING THE 3820 SOUTH COUNTY ROAD 11 REZONING ORDINANCE NO 53 , 1982 OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, BY CHANGING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION FOR CERTAIN PROPERTY KNOWN AS THE 3820 S COUNTY ROAD 11 REZONING BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS Section 1 That the Zoning District Map adopted by Chapter 118 of the Code of the City of Fort Collins be, and the same hereby is amended by changing the zoning classification from "T," Transitional District, to "R-L-P , " Low Density Planned Residential District, for the following described property in the City known as the 3820 S County Road 11 Rezon- ing That portion of the Northwest Quarter of Section 32, Township 7 North, Range 68 West of the 6th P M , County of Larimer, State of Colorado, more particularly described as follows Considering the West line of the Northwest Quarter of said Section 32 as bearinq South 0024' 43" East with all bearings contained herein relative thereto Beginning at the Northwest Corner of said Section 32 , thence along the West line of the Northwest Quarter of said Section 32 South 0°24'43" East 1330 19 feet to the Northwest Corner of the South Half of the Northwest Quarter of said Section 32, said point being the true point of beginning, thence along the North line of said South Half South 89050'51" East 322 37 feet, thence along a line parallel with the West line of said Northwest Quarter South 0024' 43" East 354 40 feet, thence along a line parallel with the North line of said South Half North 89050' 51" West 322 37 feet to the West line of the Northwest Quarter of said Section 32, thence along said West line North 0024' 43" West 354 40 feet more or less to the true point of beginning The above-described parcel is subject to a reservation for existing roadway along the West side of said parcel The above-described parcel contains a gross acreage of 2 62 acres, more or less Section 2 The City Engineer is hereby authorized and directed to amend said Zoning District Map in accordance with this ordinance Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered pub- lished this 20th day of April _, A D 1982 , and to be presented for final passage on the 4th_ day of May A D 1982 May ATTEST %WU%A�� Y�ka-�L" City Clerk Passed and adopted on final reading this 4th day of May A D 1982 May ATTEST City Clerk -2-
