OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY--UF FORT COLLINS,
BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 112-66(A)
OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS RELATING
TO PAYMENT IN-LIEU-OF WATER RIGHTS AND DECREASING
THE AMOUNT OF SAID PAYMENT
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Fort Collins that Section
112-66(A) of the Code of the City of Fort Collins be, and the same hereby
is, amended by deleting therefrom the words and figures "One Thousand
Seven Hundred Dollars ($1,700 DO)" and by substituting therefor the words
and figures "One Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($1,500 00) "
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered pub-
lished this 4th day of May, 1982, and to be presented for final passage on
the 18th day of May, 1982
