ORDINANCE NO 61 , 1982
OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
BEING AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING UNANTICIPATED
REVENUE IN THE GENERAL FUND
WHEREAS, Article V, Section 15, of the Charter of the City of Fort
Collins permits the Council to appropriate revenue at any time during the
year in which such revenue is received, and
WHEREAS, the Fort Collins Museum has received funds totalling $500
(Five Hundred Dollars) for preservation and rehabilitation work on the
Elizabeth Stone house in the Museum' s courtyard
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that there is hereby appropriated for expenditure in 1982 from
unanticipated revenue in the General Fund the total sum of $500 (Five
Hundred Dollars)
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered pub-
lished this 4th day of May , A D 1982, and to be presented for
final passage on the 18th ay of May A D 1982
