OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
BEING AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING UNANTICIPATED
REVENUE IN THE S A V E GRANT FUND (FUND 432)
WHEREAS, Article V, Section 15, of the Charter of the City of Fort
Collins permits the Council to appropriate revenues at any time during the
year in which such revenues are received, and
WHEREAS, the City has received unanticipated revenue from the Depart-
ment of Energy Conservation Energy Extension Service totalling $8,500
and
WHEREAS, this money has been allocated for the purpose of home weath-
erization implementation and information dissemination on energy efficiency
topics in Larimer County
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that there is hereby appropriated for expenditure in 1982 from
unanticipated revenue in the S A V E Grant Fund the total sum of EIGHT
THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($8,500)
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered pub-
lished this 18th day of May, A D 1982 , and to be presented for final
passage on the 1st day of June, A D 1982
